Full payment is required at checkout via M-Pesa before an order is processed. Orders paid via Cash on Delivery are confirmed only after physical inspection of goods. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds for defective items are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
All brand new electronics come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty. Refurbished items carry a 3-6 month Skylight Technologies warranty covering hardware faults.
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
